Owntop – life jacket for kids and teens

The Owntop buoyancy vest was designed for children and teenagers who do water sports such as paddleboarding, kayaking, coastal sailing or fishing from a boat. Its job is to help keep you afloat and increase safety during activities on the water.

Material and construction

The outer layer is made of soft, skin-friendly evoprene, and the inside is filled with lightweight EPE foam providing suitable buoyancy (50N). This construction ensures comfort for extended wear without skin chafing, even with a wet swimsuit.

Safety and certification

The vest meets the European safety standard EN ISO 12402-5 for buoyancy aids and has CE certification. Two safety buckles at the front provide additional security and make the fit more stable when moving on the water. The bright pink color improves the wearer's visibility on the water.

Ease of use

A sturdy zipper allows quick and easy putting on of the vest, and a large armhole gives freedom of movement when paddling or boating. The product is available in several sizes, matched to the age and weight of the child or teenager.

Important note

The manufacturer notes that the vest is intended to aid swimming and help in emergencies, but in case of trouble it is always recommended to return to the board, boat or shore as quickly as possible. The product is not intended for intense activities on white water.
