PASYOU 4-in-1 bodybuilding set

This set combines four different training tools in one package: dumbbells, a short barbell, a kettlebell and push-up stands. Thanks to this design, one product replaces several separate purchases, which matters especially when setting up a home gym with limited space.

Adjustable weight

The set includes 8 plates of 1.25 kg and 4 plates of 2.5 kg, which can be freely removed and added to adjust the weight to the training stage and type of exercise. Instead of buying separate sets of different weights, the user adjusts the load with a single locking knob.

Safety and convenience

Five fixed locking knobs keep the plates from shifting during exercise, and the handles are made of polypropylene, which gives better grip and reduces the risk of muscle injuries during intense training.

Versatile training

The set lets you train the upper body - arms, shoulders, back and chest - and, once assembled into a barbell, also perform deadlifts or squats. The push-up stands further expand the set with exercises that work the chest and triceps, and the kettlebell allows dynamic, full-body training.
