PUMA Dasher Lite SlipTech – everyday running shoes

The Dasher Lite SlipTech are versatile PUMA training shoes designed for running on asphalt and other hard surfaces. They work well for daily runs as well as lighter interval sessions.

Construction and comfort

The upper made of breathable fabric ventilates the foot well during longer effort, and the SlipTech lacing system makes it easy to put the shoes on and take them off quickly without losing a stable fit. The neutral profile of the shoe suits runners without noticeable pronation issues.

Sole and cushioning

The flat, low sole with a rubber outsole provides grip on the road, and the light construction of the whole model (approx. 700 g per pair) means the shoes do not weigh down the legs during longer training. The outer fabric layer copes well with contact with a wet surface, although the model is not fully waterproof.
