A waveboard, also known as a casterboard, is a two-part board propelled by a wave-like motion of the hips rather than by pushing off with a foot as on a classic skateboard. The Ripstik Air Pro model from Razor - the creator of the original RipStik board - is a light and compact design intended for children and teens over 8 years old, supporting riders up to 100 kg.

One-piece construction

The board is made of a one-piece, fiber-reinforced industrial-grade polymer, which provides strength while keeping the weight low. The ribbed construction limits vibration and improves the board's response to turns, which makes it easier to learn the characteristic wave-like riding style.
