Olympia Carrera de Luxe – electronic typewriter

An electronic typewriter with a daisy wheel, for people who still need to quickly fill in forms, envelopes, labels or write letters without starting a computer. The Carrera de Luxe model combines the classic way of working with convenient functions that make correcting and formatting text easier.

Typing and formatting

• three character pitches: 10, 12 and 15 characters per inch,
• typing speed of up to 11 characters per second,
• bold, underline and word underline,
• line spacing of 1, 1.5 or 2,
• decimal tab and centring function.

Error correction

The correction memory covers 90 characters, and corrections are made by lifting off or covering the wrong character, so mistakes do not spoil the look of the document.

Paper

The machine has an automatic paper feeder and handles sheets up to 330 mm wide, with a maximum writing width of 229 mm. An ink ribbon is included.
