Jabra Link 14201-43 – EHS for Cisco phones

This adapter cable enables remote control of the Cisco phone's hook switch from a wireless Jabra headset. An employee can step away from the desk and still answer or end a call with the button on the headset.

Compatibility

The adapter was made for Cisco Unified IP 6945 phones, and the manufacturer also lists support for the 78xx, 79xx and 88xx series. On the headset side it works with wireless Jabra models with the EHS function, including PRO 920/925 and Motion Office.

Benefits

• no mechanical handset lifter – fewer items on the desk,
• faster call handling at reception, in the warehouse or in the sales office,
• ring signal audible in the headset,
• small module measuring approx. 7.6 x 5.1 x 5.1 cm.

Installation consists of connecting the cable to the phone's AUX port and the headset base – nothing needs to be installed on the computer.
