small foot 12480 – wooden ironing board with iron

A household chores play set from the German brand small foot. The ironing board looks like a real one, only child-sized, and the wooden iron has a rotating temperature dial that clicks pleasantly. The toy is intended for children aged 3 and up and needs no batteries.

Features

• adjustable top height: approx. 55 or 59 cm,
• folding construction with a latch that prevents accidental unfolding,
• strap and bolt for added stability,
• iron rest at the end of the board,
• iron approx. 16 x 8 x 8 cm.

Why choose it

The wood and pastel mint top make the set look nice in a child's room, and after play it folds flat and tucks away behind a wardrobe. The unfolded board is approx. 66 x 19 x 55 cm. Ironing dolls' clothes teaches imitation of adults, and develops motor skills and imagination.

The set pairs well with a wooden washing machine or kitchen and can be part of a larger play-house corner.
