Biojoy Organic Carob Powder 500 g

Carob powder, also called carob flour, is made from lightly roasted pods of the organically grown carob tree. It has a mild roasted note and a cocoa-like aroma, but it is naturally slightly sweet, so it does not require added sugar.

How to use it
