Origin and roasting

The producer selects coffee beans from Colombia, Brazil, Kenya, Ethiopia and India. The coffee is roasted in Italy, in small batches. The medium roast level brings out the natural sweetness without overwhelming bitterness. Low acidity makes the drink stomach-friendly.
