Castello since 1907 – stevia + erythritol sweetener 1:8, 1 kg

This is a crystalline sweetener in which erythritol from non-GMO corn is combined with steviol glycosides, that is, stevia extract. The ingredients crystallize together, so the sweetness is even and the texture resembles ordinary sugar. The 1:8 ratio means that 1 gram of the product is as sweet as 8 grams of sugar, so a 1 kg jar lasts a long time.
