Dekora Top Drip Cherry Red - glaze for cakes and desserts

Top Drip Cherry Red by Dekora is a ready-made red glaze with which you can create the popular dripping icing effect on a cake. The 180 g bottle has a narrow applicator tip, so the glaze can be applied evenly and with great control, without reaching for a piping bag.

How to use

Simply warm the bottle in the microwave, then apply the liquid glaze to the edge of the cake so that it runs down the sides. After cooling, the layer sets and creates a striking drip effect. It is a quick way to make an eye-catching birthday cake, without a long preparation of icing or ganache.

What to use it on

• birthday and special occasion cakes,
• cupcakes and muffins,
• sponge cakes and yeast cakes,
• desserts served in cups.

The red glaze goes well with colorful sprinkles, fresh fruit, macarons and other decorations that can be placed on top of the cake so that the dripping layer ties them together.

Specifications

Cake glaze in a handy bottle will be useful for both beginners and experienced home bakers who want to decorate their bakes quickly.
