Fabater 500 W coolant heater

This water jacket accessory is a generator water heater that acts as a generator heating element in the engine's water jacket cooling circuit. This thermosiphon heater is installed in the engine or generator water jacket circuit to preheat the coolant before starting. It makes starting the engine in low temperatures easier and reduces wear during a cold start.

Durable construction

The housing is made of an aluminum alloy with a nickel-chromium-iron alloy addition, which provides resistance to rust and corrosion. The IP54 protection rating makes the water jacket accessory dustproof and splash-resistant, so it can be used outdoors and in workshops.

Efficient heating

The 500 W heating element on a 240 V supply works by thermosiphon circulation, with no need for an additional pump, and is compatible with generators with a coolant capacity of 8.2 to 13 liters. A fixed 50°C temperature point prevents the coolant from overheating.
