FireAngel FA6812 carbon monoxide alarm with LCD display

The FireAngel FA6812 is a digital carbon monoxide detector with an electromechanical sensor with a stated life of 10 years. The device continuously monitors the CO level in the air and, when it detects a dangerous concentration, emits a loud alarm sound and a flashing red light, warning household members of the danger of carbon monoxide poisoning.

Clear display and operating modes

The built-in LCD screen shows the current carbon monoxide level in standby mode, indicates an active alarm, displays an "AL" warning if no one was home when the alarm sounded, and signals battery status and an "EOL" message about the approaching end of the device's life. If the alarm is not silenced, the detector switches to away alarm mode and continues sounding.

Power and portability

The detector is powered by two AA batteries included in the set, and a low charge level is signaled by a flashing orange LED and a warning sound. The compact housing measuring 120 x 73 x 35.5 mm has a built-in stand, so the detector can be taken on a trip or in a camper, or optionally mounted on a wall with the included screws.
