The fischer HM metal cavity anchor is a universal fastening element with a metric screw, designed for building panels from 7 to 21 mm thick. The fischer brand is one of the leaders in the fastening systems market, and this product works wherever ordinary plastic anchors do not provide sufficient load capacity.

Installation

The anchor is fixed by pressing it in - after insertion into the hole, the expanding arms spread out and press against the back of the board, providing a large contact area and high fastening capacity. Installation can be done with special fischer pliers or alternatively with a screwdriver or a cordless drill/driver. The metric internal thread allows the element to be fastened and unscrewed many times without losing its properties.

Applications

The product is suitable for plasterboard, gypsum fiber board, suspended ceilings, lightweight wood wool boards, chipboard and plywood. It works for fastening lighting, pictures, light wall shelves, curtain rods and mirror cabinets indoors.
