foodboost Sucralose 240 g - Powdered Sweetener

Sucralose, designated E955 in the European Union, is an intense sweetener with a sweetness about 600 times greater than ordinary sugar. The foodboost tin contains 240 g, that is, powdered sucralose, which is dosed in minimal amounts. It provides no calories and does not raise blood sugar levels, so it is often used as a sugar substitute in the keto diet and by diabetics.

Benefits

• resistant to high temperature, so it is suitable for baking, unlike aspartame,
• stable in acidic environments, e.g. in fruit juices,
• free of lactose and gluten,
• a taste similar to sugar, without an unpleasant aftertaste.

Use

For coffee, tea, yogurts, fruit salads, cakes and preserves. Because it is very intense, add it a little at a time.

Data

Powdered sucralose in a 240 g tin is extremely economical, because its sweetening power is several hundred times that of sugar. This means one tin lasts a very long time, and dosing on the tip of a teaspoon lets you sweeten drinks without calories.
