Erythritol is a crystalline sugar substitute from the polyol group. The 5 kilogram GiDeli bucket is suited to a high-use kitchen, a home bakery, and people who have permanently replaced sugar with a sweetener. How to sweeten

Its sweetening power is about 70 percent of sucrose, so instead of 100 g of sugar, weigh out roughly 140 g of crystals. It dissolves quickly in hot drinks and withstands high temperatures in baking. For cold drinks it is worth dissolving it first in a little warm liquid, because the grains dissolve more slowly. In hot drinks you may notice a slight cooling sensation on the tongue, typical of this group of substances.
