Il Molino Chiavazza – Italian wheat flour 2 kg

A set of two 1 kg packs of durum wheat flour from the Italian mill Il Molino Chiavazza. The flour is intended for home baking: bread, pizza, focaccia and fresh pasta. It works well both in a traditional oven and in a bread machine.

Use

• bread and yeast rolls,
• pizza and focaccia dough,
• homemade egg and eggless pasta,
• other baked goods requiring strong flour.

Product features

The flour is finely milled, light in color and, according to the manufacturer, gives the dough good elasticity and firmness. The product does not contain GMO, and the packs are made of paper, with no plastic. The mill has been operating since 1955 and specializes in wheat milling.
