Rohebohnen green coffee – set of three varieties, 500 g each

This set is green coffee, that is, unroasted, raw beans intended for home roasting. The pack contains three bags of 500 g each, 1.5 kg of arabica beans in total from different regions of the world. This lets you compare flavour profiles and choose your own roast level.

Three varieties in the pack

• Ethiopia Sidamo – fruity notes of berries, light citrus acidity and a chocolate finish.
• Java Kayumas – low acidity, full body and an earthy-sweet character.
• Honduras Highland – organically certified coffee, balanced and mild.

What it is used for

Raw coffee beans need to be roasted. You can do this in a home roaster, in the oven or in a pan. The manufacturer recommends a medium-strong roast in the Full City style. Unroasted beans stay fresh longer than roasted ones, and the manufacturer states a shelf life of about 180 days, so it is a good choice for enthusiasts who want to roast coffee as they go and experiment with profiles.

For home roasting lovers it is a practical choice: unroasted coffee and coffee for roasting in one set, and each coffee set can be matched to your own preferences.
