Ginger kombucha from KOMBUCHERY is a drink made of fermented organic green tea with added ginger juice. The carton contains 24 rPET plastic bottles of 400 ml, 9.6 liters in total. This is a raw kombucha: it is unpasteurized and has never been heated, so it retains live bacterial cultures.

Taste and composition

The drink is lightly carbonated, dry and refreshing, with a distinct ginger note. It contains little sugar, according to the manufacturer about 2.3 g per 100 ml and 9 kcal per 100 ml, so it is a good option instead of sweet fizzy drinks. As an organic kombucha it is made from organic ingredients, and is vegan, gluten-free and alcohol-free. It contains a small amount of caffeine from the tea.
