White quinoa in a set of three 1 kg packs. It is a gluten-free grain with a delicate, slightly nutty flavor that replaces groats or rice in the kitchen. The product suits a vegetarian and vegan diet.

Use

• side for dinners instead of rice and groats,
• salads and vegetarian bowls,
• fillings, cutlets and plant-based burgers,
• porridges and sweet dishes.

Preparation

Before cooking, rinse the quinoa in a sieve to remove the naturally bitter saponins. Then cook it in a ratio of about one part grain to two parts water, usually for about a dozen minutes, until the liquid is absorbed.
