Malinowe herb breading is a ready-made mix for preparing crispy, golden dishes. Instead of plain breadcrumbs it gives dishes the aroma of herbs and spices, so meat, fish, vegetables and cheese get a distinctive flavor and a crunchy crust.

Ingredients and flavor

The mix contains, among others, wheat flour, salt, yeast, paprika extract, coriander, garlic, caraway, thyme, carrot, savory, sweet paprika, onion, parsley and chili. As a result, the breading has a balanced, herbal flavor with a slight spicy note.

Applications

It works well for cutlets, chicken fillets, fish, onion rings, nuggets, fried cheese and vegetables. It can be used for pan frying, in the oven or in an air fryer. It is a good breading for meat, fish and vegetables.
