Panko is a Japanese type of breadcrumbs with larger, light crumbs that give an exceptionally crispy coating after frying or baking. MAMMA CRUMBS product works for meat, fish, shrimp, vegetables and cheeses, and also as a topping for casseroles. The 1 kg pack is enough for many meals.
