Mancini Spaghetti 500 g – Durum Wheat Pasta

Italian spaghetti from the producer Pastificio Agricolo Mancini is a classic long pasta for dishes with tomato sauce, olive oil and garlic, seafood or meat sauce. It is made from durum wheat semolina grown in fields owned by the company, and the only ingredients are semolina and water.

Slow drying

The producer shapes the dough on bronze dies and dries it at a temperature below 44°C. The longer drying time, according to the maker's declaration about 40 hours for long pasta, is meant to preserve the rough surface that holds sauce well, and firmness after cooking.

How to prepare
