The Ottimal pastry board is a solid, large kitchen tool for people who like to knead dough for bread, pizza or homemade pasta themselves. The large work surface of 50 by 70 centimeters gives enough room to roll out even a larger portion of dough without having to keep moving it onto a smaller board.

Material and construction

The pastry board is made of solid, unvarnished poplar wood, which provides a safe, natural surface for food contact. The massive 6 centimeter thick construction guarantees stability during intensive kneading and rolling of dough - the board neither flexes nor shifts under the pressure of your hands. The raised edges, i.e. the characteristic rim, keep flour and dough scraps on the work surface, so the kitchen counter stays clean even during intensive baking.

Double-sided use
