This Polish product from the PALCE LIZAC brand is made from cow's milk and comes in a large jar weighing 1400 g, which suits a home kitchen as well as catering. The ghee butter is natural, with no additives or preservatives, and according to the manufacturer contains no lactose or gluten.

Use in the kitchen

Thanks to its high heat resistance, ghee does not burn as easily as ordinary butter, so it is excellent for frying and baking as well as for braising meat and vegetables. It also has a regular place in Indian cuisine, in curries and spiced dishes, as well as in the keto, paleo and Ayurvedic diets.
