Basmati rice is a long-grain variety with a delicate, characteristic aroma that stays loose and separate after cooking. How to cook

Rinse the rice before cooking. Keep a water-to-rice ratio of 1:2, bring the water to a boil, add the rice, reduce the heat, cover and cook on low for about 18–20 minutes, until the water is absorbed.
