Rajah Kashmiri Masala paste is a convenient base for dishes inspired by traditional Indian cuisine. The set contains three packs of 300 g, 900 g in total, so it is enough for many dinners for the whole family.

Flavor profile

It is a hot spice paste with added fresh coriander (19.5%), ginger puree and a masala spice blend. The flavor is bold, spicy and hot, and the color comes from a natural paprika extract – the manufacturer states there are no artificial flavors or colors. The Rajah brand is associated with authentic Indian flavors.

Use

• base for a classic Indian curry with chicken, lamb or vegetables,
• marinade for meat and fish before roasting or grilling,
• seasoning for pan-fried vegetables and spicy sauces,
• addition to rice, lentils and soups.

How to use

Fry a spoonful or two of the curry paste briefly in oil, add meat or vegetables and pour in water, coconut milk or tomato puree. For more servings, increase the amount of paste. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator.
