Schronisko Bukowina – shortbread butter cookies 300 g in a tin

These are crumbly butter cookies with a short, simple ingredient list. About one third of the recipe is real 82% butter, alongside wheat flour, powdered sugar, eggs and brown sugar. The cookies contain no palm oil, no flavorings and no artificial additives, so the taste relies on butter.

Who they are for and for what occasion

Shortbread cookies go well with afternoon tea or coffee, as a dessert after dinner and in a home pantry. The decorative metal tin also makes them suitable as a gift for a birthday, holidays, a thank-you or congratulations. After the contents are eaten, the tin can be reused.

Storage

Store the shortbread cookies in a dry, cool place, away from sunlight. A well-closed tin protects them from moisture and keeps them crisp.
