Spicy Welt – whole black peppercorns, 1 kg

Whole black peppercorns are a basic spice in Polish cuisine. The large package, that is 1 kg of pepper, contains whole dried berries from Vietnam, with no salt or additives. Whole peppercorns keep their essential oils much longer than ground pepper, so it is worth grinding them only just before use. This is pepper in whole berries that will work in any kitchen.
