Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki 473 ml

Liquid teriyaki marinade in a 473 ml (16 fl oz) bottle, made in the USA. It is a sweeter version of classic teriyaki, based on soy sauce, with added sesame seeds. This meat marinade is suitable both for marinating before cooking and as a sauce for glazing finished dishes.

Uses

• Grill marinade: chicken, pork and beef.
• Glaze for ribs and wings.
• Teriyaki sauce for Asian-style dishes, wok dishes and rice.

Ingredients and allergens

Ingredients include glucose-fructose syrup, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, modified starch and sesame seeds. The product contains wheat and soy. The manufacturer states that it is kosher, alcohol-free and free from seafood. The Sweet Baby Ray's brand is known for its barbecue sauces.

Additional information

When marinating meat in a soy- and sugar-based sauce, it is worth brushing the surface just before the end of cooking to create a shiny glaze. The liquid marinade also works well for pan-frying or oven cooking, and for fans of American cuisine it is a convenient alternative to homemade mixes.
