The ThermoPro TP17 is a digital kitchen thermometer designed for precisely controlling food temperature when baking, grilling and smoking. Thanks to two independent stainless steel probes, you can monitor the temperature in two different places at once – for example two pieces of meat, or the meat and the inside of the oven or grill. This is a big help for people who prepare larger portions or slow-cooked dishes and do not want to keep opening the oven to check doneness.

Easy operation and clear display

The kitchen thermometer has a large, backlit LCD display that shows the food temperature, the set alarm threshold and a timer at the same time. The backlight keeps the reading easy to see in the evening, at an outdoor grill. The device has a fold-out stand and a magnet on the back of the housing, so it can be placed on a countertop or attached to a metal surface, such as the grill body.

Alarm and preset temperatures

The thermometer has preset temperature thresholds stored in memory for popular types of meat – beef, veal, pork, chicken, fish and ground meat. When the selected temperature is reached, the device sounds an alert, so you do not have to watch the food the whole time it cooks. The thresholds can also be adjusted manually to your own preferences, choosing a doneness between rare and well done.
