Trecor - rubber-cork underlay for laminate flooring

An underlay made of a composite of cork and rubber granulate, produced in Germany. It is laid under laminate, parquet and vinyl floors to muffle footsteps and improve walking comfort.

The underlay is 3 mm thick, and the offer covers an area of 1 m². The manufacturer states an improvement in impact sound insulation of about 20 dB. The material density is 500 kg/m³, which makes the underlay flexible and at the same time resistant to long-term pressure.

The underlay layer evens out minor subfloor irregularities and limits heat loss through the floor. It is not intended for use with underfloor heating. The material has a B2 fire resistance class according to DIN 4102 and is suitable for glued installation.
