Yum Asia Super Kernel – basmati rice 5 kg

Premium basmati rice in a large five-kilogram package, from Pakistan. It is an extra long grain variety with grains over 7 mm long, selected for home cooking as well as for rice cookers.

Taste and texture

Basmati rice with a slightly nutty, earthy flavor stays loose and fluffy after cooking, and the grains do not stick together. These qualities are appreciated by people who prefer less sticky rice as a side for Indian and Middle Eastern dishes, as well as for meat and vegetables.

Uses

• side for curries and South Asian dishes,
• pilaf and biryani,
• rice salads,
• cooking in a pot or rice cooker.
