Audio-Technica ATN3600LC – replacement turntable stylus

The ATN3600LC is an original Audio-Technica replacement turntable stylus, made of diamond, intended for replacing a worn stylus in a turntable cartridge. Regular stylus replacement is a basic part of turntable care, affecting sound quality and the condition of vinyl records.

Compatibility

The stylus is dedicated to the popular Audio-Technica turntable family, including the AT-LP60X, AT-LP60XBT, AT-LP60-USB, AT-LP60-BT, AT-LP60SPBT and AT-LPGO-BT models and the AT-SB727 and AT-SB2022 cartridges. Before buying, check in the turntable manual whether its cartridge supports this stylus.

Durability and replacement

The manufacturer rates the stylus life at about 300–500 hours of playback, after which it recommends replacing it to keep precise tracking of the record groove and avoid accelerated wear of the vinyl. Replacing the stylus is simple and does not require removing the whole cartridge – the new stylus snaps into the existing socket.

Build
