LENS-AID LA-RC - reflector and backdrop holder for tripod, with 1/4 and 3/8 inch adapter

The LENS-AID LA-RC holder is a tripod mounting clamp that keeps a reflector, a lightweight photo backdrop, or flat lay material in place without an assistant. It is useful in product, food, and portrait photography, where both hands should be free to operate the camera and lighting.

Construction

The holder is made of black anodized aluminum. A strong spring presses the rubberized jaws, which hold the material firmly without damaging its surface. Knobs let you set the clamp in the direction you want. The holder is about 16 cm tall, the clamping surface is about 11 x 8 cm, and it opens to a maximum of about 6 cm.

Mounting

This practical tripod mount works without additional tools. The set includes a sleeve with 1/4 and 3/8 inch threads, which allows direct mounting on a photo tripod. With the sleeve removed, the holder can be fitted on many light stands and C-stands, making it a convenient studio mount.
