TENMARS TM-195 3-axis electromagnetic field meter.

The TM-195 meter is a handheld, easy-to-use electromagnetic field meter with a wide range of applications. The meter can be used to measure, among other things: the strength of high-frequency (RF) electromagnetic fields, radiation from mobile phone transmitters, wireless communication devices (CW, TDMA, GSM, DECT, Wi-Fi), detection of hidden cameras and bugs, radiation from mobile and cordless phones, microwave ovens and the power of radio transmitters. The meter measures electric field, magnetic field and field power density.

Electromagnetic field strength values often change. They depend on the power of the devices that are sources of the field, the number of devices currently switched on, the time of day and weather conditions. Some cellular network transmitters may be switched off at the time of measurement, or operate at variable transmission power. Of course, the distance from the field source is also very important.
Using the meter allows systematic monitoring of the presence of an electromagnetic field and its changes in the immediate vicinity of the user.
