Sony FE 24 mm F1.4 GM (SEL24F14GM)

Bright wide-angle prime

The SEL24F14GM is a 24 mm prime lens from the G Master series for full-frame cameras with a Sony E mount. The F1.4 brightness lets you shoot in very low light and achieve clear separation of the subject from the background, which at a wide angle gives an interesting, spatial effect.

Features

• F1.4 aperture
• aperture ring with a click switch
• AF/MF switch and focus hold button
• light and short construction
• 67 mm filter thread

Use

A bright wide-angle lens is a frequent choice for astrophotography, street photography, reportage, interiors and landscapes. Thanks to its low weight (approx. 445 g), it works well when traveling and on a gimbal for video recording. Combined with Sony Alpha cameras, the lens fully benefits from eye-tracking autofocus, including when filming, and the quiet operation of the focus drive does not interfere when recording sound.
