Sony Sonnar T* FE 35 mm F2.8 ZA – small prime lens with ZEISS optics

Classic reportage focal length

The SEL35F28Z is a compact prime lens with the Sony E mount for full-frame cameras. The 35 mm focal length gives a natural perspective, so it works well for street photography, reportage, travel and everyday shots. The lens is very short and light, so a camera with it attached stays handy.

Key features

• three double-sided aspherical elements limiting spherical aberration
• ZEISS T* coating reducing flare and ghosting
• F2.8 aperture and consistent image quality at different apertures
• internal focusing, the length does not change when focusing
• dust- and moisture-resistant construction

Who it is for

It is a good choice for people who want a light kit to carry all day. On APS-C bodies the lens gives a field of view equivalent to approx. 52 mm, the classic standard.
