Vangoa 5-string banjo – beginner set

This right-handed 5-string banjo, 96.5 cm long, is a suggestion for people who want to start learning to play this characteristic folk and country instrument. The body, neck and back are made of mahogany with a glossy finish, and the resonant head comes from a classic Remo-type head, so the sound is bright and sweet.

Construction and sound

The instrument has a closed back that directs sound forward, and steel strings. The neck contains an adjustable truss rod, so the string height can be adjusted to your own playing comfort. The banjo weighs just under three kilograms and sits well in the hands.
