Anker SOLIX Solar Bank 2 E1600 Pro

The Solar Bank 2 E1600 Pro is an energy storage unit designed to work with a balcony photovoltaic installation. It stores energy from solar panels during the day to feed it into the home grid when it is needed most, which lets you make better use of your own power from the panels instead of giving it to the grid for free.

Storage and power

• Battery capacity of 1.6 kWh, expandable by connecting several units
• 4 MPPT inputs with a total of up to 2400 W from the solar panels
• 1000 W AC outlet as additional backup power

Durability

The lithium-ion cells withstand a declared 6000 charge cycles. The housing has an IP65 protection rating, so the device tolerates rain and dust, and the manufacturer states operation at temperatures down to -20 degrees Celsius.

Installation

The Solar Bank combines a battery and a DC power distributor in one housing, which simplifies installation - the set includes a Schuko charging cable and extension cables for the solar modules.
