Electric commercial food warmer for buffets and catering

The Mahlzeit commercial food warmer (Chafing Dish) is an electric appliance for heating and keeping warm food served buffet-style. It works in restaurants, hotels, catering companies and at events and parties, where food must stay warm and ready to serve for a long time.

Construction and materials

The warmer is made of stainless steel - it is durable, easy to clean and resistant to intensive use in catering. The appliance is mobile, so it can easily be moved between the kitchen and the banquet hall or buffet station.

Heating functions

The warmer has a capacity of 9 liters and is designed for standard GN 1/1 containers up to 65 mm deep. A thermostat lets you adjust the temperature up to 80°C, and a built-in display makes it easy to monitor. Thanks to electric heating, food stays ready to serve for several hours, with no need to top up the water by hand as in traditional warmers that use fuel burners.

Ease of use

The food container has a practical lid holder, so staff can reach the food freely with both hands. Four non-slip feet keep the appliance stable and secure on the buffet counter.
