deleyCON CAT8 Patch Cable 10 m S/FTP

The category 8 patch cable, 10 meters long, supports data transfer of up to 40 Gb/s at a bandwidth of 2000 MHz. Thanks to double S/FTP shielding with PIMF foil, it effectively limits electromagnetic interference, which translates into a stable connection even in demanding network installations.

Construction

• Pure copper core in a twisted-pair layout shielded with foil (PIMF).
• A flexible nylon jacket protects the cable from abrasion and makes it easier to route in tight spaces.
• RJ45 connectors with a pin layout compliant with the TIA/EIA 568B standard.

Compatibility

The patch cable is backward compatible with CAT7, CAT6a, CAT6 and CAT5e, so it works both in a new 40-gigabit installation and when connecting to older network equipment – routers, switches, set-top boxes, consoles or computers.

Applications

The ten-meter length lets you run a stable wired link between rooms, e.g. from a router to a network socket in another room, without losing gigabit or faster link throughput.
