DollaTek W25Q64 – 8 MB SPI serial flash memory

The W25Q64 is a serial NOR flash memory chip with a capacity of 64 Mbit, or 8 MB. Chips of this type are used as firmware storage in motherboards and other electronic devices, so they are useful for repair work and for experiments with BIOS chips. The package contains five modules.
