GeeekPi – set of 102 aluminum and copper heatsinks

The GeeekPi heatsink set contains 102 cooling elements in twelve different sizes – 92 aluminum heatsinks and 10 copper cooling pads. This range of sizes lets you match the cooling to almost any integrated circuit that needs passive heat dissipation.

Installation

Each heatsink in the set has a layer of conductive adhesive tape on the underside. Just remove the protective film and stick the part directly onto the chipset, power circuit or another component that needs cooling – no soldering or additional tools required.

Use

The heatsinks work well for cooling motherboard chipsets, power circuits, stepper motor drivers (e.g. TMC2130, TMC2100, A4988, DRV8825) in 3D printers, as well as other electronic components and LED lighting devices that heat up during operation.

Material and workmanship

Aluminum heatsinks provide good mechanical strength and effective heat dissipation, while copper pads are used where higher thermal conductivity is needed in a small component size.
