Intratec JS4P32A-E – main isolator switch 32 A

A four-pole main switch with a rotary handle is used to safely disconnect the power supply of machines, switchboards and industrial installations. As a load-break switch, it cuts off all phase conductors and the neutral in one movement, and after switching off it can be locked.

Operating parameters

• Rated current 32 A, four poles.
• Power up to 4.0 kW at 230 V AC-3 and 7.5 kW at 400 V AC-3.
• Protection rating IP65 protects against dust and water jets.
• Operating temperature range from -25 to +70 degrees Celsius.

Safety and installation

The option to secure it with up to three padlocks prevents accidental switching on during maintenance work, and the device can serve as an emergency stop switch. The control element is mounted on the front of the cabinet door, and the connection block at the back. The product meets the IEC/EN 60947-3 and EN 60204-1 standards.

Before working on the machine, turn off the isolator, secure it with a padlock and check that there is no voltage using a meter. The installation should be carried out by a person with the appropriate electrical qualifications, in accordance with local regulations.
