Jabra Scheduler - Conference Room Booking Panel

The Jabra Scheduler is a touch panel mounted at the entrance to a room that shows its current and future availability. It makes it easy to quickly find a free room and book a meeting on the spot or from a calendar.

Visible room availability

An integrated red or green light bar lets you check from a distance, for example from the corridor, whether the room is occupied, without having to look inside. The 5 inch touch screen displays current and upcoming bookings.

Simple booking

The panel lets you book a room directly on the spot in a few seconds, or in advance in the company calendar. The device is certified to work with Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms, so it integrates with your existing meeting booking system.
