Kalolary – thermal conductive pads for CPU, GPU and electronic components

The set of two soft Kalolary thermal pads enables effective heat transfer between a heat-generating component and a heatsink. The pads measure 100 x 100 mm and differ in thickness – 1 mm and 2 mm – so you can match the material to the size of the gap between the chip and the cooler.

Use

The pads are suitable for processors, graphics cards, VGA chips, ICs and LEDs, as well as other electronic components that need heat dissipation – control boards, laptops, optical drives or set-top boxes. The material can be cut to the required shape and size with scissors.

Properties

The pads are made of a material with a thermal conductivity of 1.5 W/m·K that also provides electrical insulation – the breakdown voltage exceeds 4 kV. The soft, flexible structure fills irregularities between surfaces accurately, reducing thermal resistance at the contact point. The operating temperature range is from -50°C to 200°C.

Installation

Before applying, remove old thermal materials from the heatsink surface and clean off any dirt. Then choose the right pad size for the contact point between the chip and the cooler, peel the protective film from one side and stick the material in place.
