Luntra FR-900 - 500 W continuous band sealer

A horizontal band sealer for closing film bags and pouches in small-scale production, a packing room or a store back room. The machine works automatically: the bag travels along the belt, is sealed and cooled, and you do not have to handle each piece by hand.

Operating parameters

A 500 W motor drives a conveyor with smooth speed adjustment from 0 to 12 m/min. You can set the sealing temperature in the range of 0 to 300°C, which lets you adapt the work to different types of film. The seal width is 12 mm, and the supported material thickness is 0.02 - 0.8 mm.

• aluminum foil bags and composite pouches,
• kraft-type paper bags,
• tea bags and vacuum bags.

The continuous sealer has built-in coding wheels that can print, for example, a date or batch number on the package. The belt height can be adjusted up to about 3 cm, and the maximum belt load is 5 kg.
