The MOYKSRR plastic welder is an 80 W device designed for repairing cracked and damaged plastic parts such as car bumpers, dashboards, headlight housings, spoilers or plastic containers. The repair method involves melting a metal staple into heated plastic, which joins the broken pieces into a durable whole.

How it works

The welder heats up within 1-3 seconds. Just choose the right staple, place it in the brass holder of the tool, press the button and wait until the staple melts into the plastic, then cut off the protruding ends. Operation requires no prior training.

Staple set

The set contains 800 stainless steel staples in six variants: wavy staples 0.6 and 0.8 mm for small and larger cracks, V-shaped staples for inside corners and M-type staples for outside corners, so you can match the repair to different kinds of damage.

Safety and equipment

An enlarged diameter of the copper tube makes it easier to remove melted staples, and a thicker handle reduces the risk of burns at the high operating temperature. The device has a built-in LED that helps with work in poor lighting, and the set also includes pliers, a knife and a carrying case.
