The POWZOO plastic welding iron is an 80 W tool designed for repairing cracked plastic and PVC parts such as car bumpers, housings or workshop equipment. The device melts metal repair staples into the plastic, joining the cracked pieces into one durable whole.

How it works

The iron tip heats up to a temperature that allows the repair staple to be embedded in the edges of the crack. Once the material has set, the protruding ends of the staple can be cut off, leaving a smoothly repaired surface ready for further finishing, such as sanding and painting.

Uses

The tool works well for repairing car bumpers, PVC parts and other plastic components that have cracked or split from impact or material fatigue. This lets you restore a damaged part without replacing the whole component.

Construction
